Brenau’s Wellness Committee wants to promote activity and productivity during your work day. Consider holding your next meeting during a quick walk around our beautiful campus.

According to researchers, just 30 minutes of walking each day can lead to a dramatic reduction in the risk of dementia, breast cancer, colon cancer and heart disease. Studies also show that walking can increase productivity, improve energy and engagement, and promote better communication.
