Mass Comm Day brought guest speakers Chesley McNeil, meteorologist from 11Alive, and Adam Bomb from Q100, as well as some hands-on opportunities in the studios. Participants included current Brenau students interested in mass communication majors, plus dozens of students from several area high schools.

Aunica Clinton, a senior majoring in mass communication with a concentration in digital technology, worked with the students in the studios, showing them the digital technology available to students at Brenau.

“I was in their shoes not too long ago, so it is awesome to see these bright young faces that I feel will take over here after I graduate,” Clinton said. “They can really excel and do great things in media one day, and I was really pleased we got a big turn out to show them our skills and tools here at Brenau.”
