Mindfulness meditation is the ability to be fully present in the moment and not being reactive or overwhelmed by what is going on around us.
Mindfulness practice can help:

- decrease chronic pain
- reduce stomach problems
- reduce depression and anxiety
- improve sleep
- improve sense of well-being
Anyone can do mindfulness practice and benefit from even 15 minutes a day.
