Registration in the ADP Portal

We are excited to announce the upcoming roll-out of our new Brenau HR/Payroll website for ADP’s Workforce Now solution. This new site will provide you with easy to use and convenient access to:

  • Your personal information
  • Pay information
  • Up-to-date company information

It will also eventually take the place of the current HR Intranet site. Please be aware, for now, the site is set in “read-only” mode, which means you are unable to make changes at this time. There is much more behind-the-scenes work to be done to the site and to individual records before our go-live date of Oct. 24. However, we wanted you to be able to login, look around and get comfortable with the feel of the site and where to find things.

Before you can enter the site, you will need to register for an account.

Registering for an account:

Before you can gain access to the ADP employee portal, you must first register for an account. As part of the registration process you will soon receive a Personal Registration Code (PRC) sent to your work email account. This PRC Code will be required to complete the registration process. The email you receive will include instructions on how to complete the process. There are also additional resources attached to this email for your convenience.

Upcoming training:

Brenau will hold ADP trainings on Thursday, Oct. 12. Check your Google calendar to see what time that day you have been invited to attend. If you cannot attend the in-person meeting, it will also be available via zoom and recorded to watch at a later time. PLEASE NOTE: We are auditing the system to ensure its accuracy for our go-live date. Individual questions you may have, based on what you see in the system, will be answered at the training meetings held Thursday.

Questions or inaccurate information:

We are aware that not all of the information currently showing is accurate on some employee records. Employee records are still being audited. We are working daily to correct errors. Errors should be corrected by the time we go live on Oct. 24. If after that time information is still showing incorrectly, then, at that point, you would need to make us aware. As stated previously, any questions you may have based on what you see in the system will be answered at the training meetings held on Thursday.
