Georgia Poetry Circuit Spring Reading Monday, April 3

Kim AddonizioThe Georgia Poetry Circuit spring reading by Kim Addonizio will be at 12:30 p.m. Monday, April 3, in the Trustee Library Quiet Zone. A Q&A session with Addonizio will follow at 2:30 p.m. also in the Library Quiet Zone.

Addonizio is the author of seven poetry collections, two novels, two story collections and two books on writing poetry. In addition to earning numerous awards and grants, she also plays harmonica with the word/music group Nonstop Beautiful Ladies, and she has two word/music CDs in collaboration with other artists.

Her latest books are a poetry collection, Mortal Trash (W.W. Norton), and a memoir, Bukowski in a Sundress: Confessions from a Writing Life (Penguin). She teaches and performs internationally.
