The GTA Discovery Series brings to life a lesser known but powerful story of the remarkable women of the Trojan War with “The Raven and the Nightingale,” an original Greek tragedy by Gay H. Hammond. The production runs from April 6-9, at 7:30 p.m. at Brenau’s Theatre on the Square, 301 Main St. SE.
Cast and crew members will speak on how they recognized and internalized the characters and story during a talk back session following the Friday, April 7, performance.
The performances are free and open to the public, with general admission seating on a first-come-first-seated basis. Patrons can get vouchers beginning at 6:30 p.m. the night of each performance to guarantee their seats. The theater doors will open at 7:10 p.m.
