The Leaptrott Trio will perform at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 11, at St. Benedict’s Episcopal Church, 2160 Cooper Lake Road SE, Smyrna, Georgia. This concert is jointly sponsored by Brenau University’s Department of Music and the Atlanta Alumni chapter of Mu Phi Epsilon, a national music honor fraternity. Brenau’s chapter of Mu Phi Epsilon, as well as a number of the university’s music majors, will be in attendance.
The Leaptrott Trio includes Kenn Wagner, Charae Krueger and Ben Leaptrott. Kenn Wagner is first violinist with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Charae Krueger is principal cello with the Atlanta Opera Orchestra and the Atlanta Ballet Orchestra. Ben Leaptrott is a highly sought-after collaborative pianist in and around Atlanta, and he serves as an assistant professor of music at Brenau University.
