Georgia Poetry Circuit Reading, Nov. 16

On Wednesday, Nov. 16, the Georgia Poetry Circuit will host poet Rachel Eliza Griffiths for its fall reading at 12:30 p.m. in the Brenau Trustee Library Quiet Zone.

Author of four books of poetry, Griffiths was selected for the 2012 Inaugural Poetry Award by the Black Caucus of the American Library Association. Her work appeared in the first poetry issue of O Magazine. She is also an award-winning photographer, known for her literary portraits and teaches at Sarah Lawrence College and at the Institute of American Indian Arts.
