What Do I Need To Do?
Each three-quarter and full-time employee should take five minutes to login to Selerix, our benefits enrollment system, to either enroll-in OR opt-out of each offered benefit. It is also important to check your personal information as it appears in the system, update beneficiaries and add or delete dependents, if applicable.
If you do not log into to the system, your level of coverage will remain the same for 2017 and you will be unable to make changes until the next open enrollment period, November 2017. Flexible spending accounts, however, will not automatically renew. Therefore, if you are currently participating in the FSA and want to continue next year, you must actively enroll.
The process is quick and easy and should take no more than 10 minutes. See instructions included below for how to login to Selerix.
All benefit elections must be made through Selerix prior to Nov. 18.

Premium Effective Date:
Premium increases will be effective on your first payroll of 2017 for all insurance, if elected.
Medical: If you chose to enroll in the medical plan, you should receive an insurance card at your home address before Dec. 31. Each covered member will receive his or her own individual card with his or her name on it.
Dental: If you chose to enroll in the dental plan, you should receive an insurance card at your home address before Dec. 31. Each covered member will receive his or her own individual card with his or her name on it.
Vision: If you chose to enroll in the vision plan, you should receive an insurance card at your home address before Dec. 31. CIGNA does family cards, so if you have more than one person enrolled you will receive 2 cards with the employee’s name on it. More cards can be made by printing off of the website at www.mycigna.com.

If you are currently enrolled in the flexible spending plan with Admin America and you wish to continue for 2017, please keep your debit cards as they will be used for the upcoming plan year as well. This benefit will not automatically renew, you must actively enroll for 2017.
