The American Association of University Women is accepting applications for its Career Development Grants program. The program provides funding to women who hold a bachelor’s degree and are preparing to advance or change their careers, or re-enter the workforce. Grants of up to $12,000 will be awarded to provide support for those working toward a master’s degree, second bachelor’s degree, certification program, or specialized training program in a technical or professional field.
Applicants must be a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S. whose last degree was received before June 30, 2012. Funds are available for tuition, fees, books, supplies, local transportation and dependent care.
