A recent The Gainesville Times feature takes a look at Brenau University’s “two plus two” partnership with Anhui Normal University in Wuhu, China.
The program will bring Chinese students to Brenau’s Gainesville historic campus for their final two years of college beginning this fall. By 2018, as many as 200 students – all of them paying tuition – are expected to be enrolled in the program.
Several Brenau students will also visit Anhui later this year as Brenau ambassadors. “The opportunity to learn from, and with, the Chinese students is sure to offer insight into yet another different approach to educating children than the typical U.S. program,” said Amanda Smith, an early childhood major from Cumming, Georgia.
