With 100 percent participation in last year’s campus campaign, staff and faculty raised approximately $98,000 for library collection additions, technology upgrades and employee development, among other investments.
The 2015 “giveBack” campaign will run from Sept. 17 to Oct. 17. This year, employees can designate specific areas they would like their contributions to go, including funds for scholarships, campus operations and the university’s capital campaign.
Tax-deductible gifts can be made by check, credit card or payroll deduction. Employees can also make online donations at www.brenau.edu/giving/employeegiving.
“Support of employees is vital as it funds a broad range of programs across the university from scholarships to departmental initiatives to enhancements for our library and technology,” said Pam Fountain, assistant director of development. “In addition, as we continue to apply to foundations for funding for various initiatives, it is important that they see our faculty and staff are firmly behind Brenau’s mission. It’s critical that those closest to the university are its greatest supporters.”
Pledge forms can be returned to department captains or the External Relations Office. For more information on how you can give back to Brenau, contact Fountain at firstname.lastname@example.org or (770) 718-5333.
