Brenau Changing Helpdesk Software on Wednesday June 3

As of Wednesday, June 3, the Brenau Helpdesk system no longer uses Parature. Now it runs on the faster, easy-to-use product called Jitbit Helpdesk which has a number of new features including:

  • Improved mobile support (apps for iOS and Android)
  • Easier user interface
  • Integrated authentication (use your Brenau network password!)

The only significant change is that users will log in using their Brenau network username and passwords to access the Helpdesk instead of their Google Mail username and password as with the previous system. Users need not log in to the Helpdesk system to submit tickets. You can sign in later to manage your existing tickets.
