Faculty and staff are invited to see all the latest advancements at the Trustee Library Open House Aug. 18 from 4-5 p.m.
Of course there are books including best-sellers, the complete collection of the New York Public Library’s 100 Great children’s books, and the Bentley Rare Books Gallery, but the library is also excited to show off it’s new technology. Improvements include three new Mondopad spaces, a faculty media production studio, charging stations for phones and devices, and private carrels equipped with computers throughout the library and Redwine Center.
All of this is along side the Dian Fossey exhibit, the lactation nook, the Brenau Archives, a meditative garden and contemporary art including works by Rauschenberg, Calder, and Warhol.
Stop by on Monday, Aug. 18, 4-5 p.m. and enjoy a class of wine or beer with the library team and see what’s new.
