‘Women’s Work’ Opening Reception and Panel Discussion Thursday, July 17

Join friends of Brenau Galleries for a special evening celebrating the opening of Women’s Work, an exhibition featuring contemporary fiber artists in Georgia at the Sellars Gallery on Thursday, July 17, from 5:30-7 p.m. The evening will include a panel discussion on the historical roles of women in the creation of textiles and fiber arts led by humanities scholar Dr. Heather Hollimon and artist Jen Borg at 6 p.m and a demonstration by the Georgia Mountain Handspinners Guild.
