The International Ballet Summer Intensive Program is on stage at the Hosch Theatre on Saturday, June 28, at noon. Tickets may be purchased at the door, $5 for adults and $3 for seniors and children under age five. The performance showcases the talent of dancers who have completed three weeks of vigorous study with world-renowned faculty from the Paris Opera Ballet, National Opera and Ballet of Bulgaria and American Ballet Theatre, among others. This year’s concert features students performing classical male and female variations from the ballets Giselle, Carnival in Venice, Sylvia and Etudes. Other works in the program include a contemporary ballet, a student-choreographed improvisational work and a modern and jazz work.
