GCLC is a daylong leadership conference held on the main campus of the University of Georgia in Athens. The mission of the conference is to enhance the leadership skills and abilities of undergraduate students. This annual conference offers students from multiple colleges and universities the opportunity to apply practical training in their personal, academic, and career development. Brenau participants interact with student leaders from over fifteen colleges and universities and partake in a full day of keynote speakers, student- and adviser-geared leadership workshops and networking opportunities. Brenau students learn a variety of new skills ranging from leadership styles to professional communication, diversity to team-building in student organizations, and motivation strategies to making a difference.

The theme of this year’s conference was “Build Your Legacy” and focused on building a legacy of leadership that can be left behind on campus. Brenau student leaders were eager to attend and return to campus to share the tools that will shape a new legacy of leadership here at Brenau.
