The Campus Post Office will close on Dec. 18 at 5 p.m. for the holiday break and will not reopen until Jan. 2. Staff will come in periodically during the break to sort mail and packages, put mail in campus boxes, and notify recipients that packages have arrived. Sorting will be done, however, during the afternoon hours and once the mail is put in boxes, personnel will depart. Please be certain that you have the combination to your campus mailbox to retrieve mail directly from your campus box.
If you have outgoing mail, please drop it in the slot provided near the Post Office window. Mail will be metered and delivered to the US Post Office periodically throughout the break. If you have time sensitive mailings, you should take them directly to the US Post Office to ensure the most expeditious delivery. There will be no outgoing UPS or FedEx service available on campus after Dec. 18. The Campus Post Office will resume normal operations on Jan. 2.
