Terri Greene, a music education major in the Department of Music, presents her senior recital in Pearce Auditorium on Saturday, Nov. 23, at 7:30 p.m. Greene’s performance includes a varied program of vocal pieces from composers such as Debussy, Herbert, Bach, Bellini. She will also perform a chant composed by Hildegard von Bingen and How Could I Ever Know from The Secret Garden.
Greene is very involved on campus and in the community. She was a Baxter-Bryan scholar nominee and president of the Mu Phi Epsilon music fraternity for three years. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, was treasurer of Alpha Lambda Delta, a member of Spectrum Singers and Vocal Chamber Ensemble. Employed at Grace Episcopal Church for the past three years, Greene was placed in the position of Assistant Director of the two children’s choirs. She hopes to continue her education and eventually become a doctor of music.
