It is the time of the semester when everyone has events which require setup by the Maintenance & Logistics staff. Please be aware that you must submit requests at least one week in advance of your event in order for services to be scheduled. This includes things like setting up tables and chairs.
The staff cannot honor last minute requests without short changing others who submitted plans and requests in a timely fashion. Work orders should be submitted via the Physical Plant work order system for all setups. All requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
