Brenau Welcomes Huanghe College of Science & Technology

During their recent visit and tour of Brenau University, a delegation from Huanghe College of Science & Technology, located in Zhengzhou, Henan, China, dropped by Brenau University’s Brenau East campus on Monday, Nov. 18. Tai-Chi Master, champion and Director of the Department of Chinese WuShu (martial arts) Chunxia Jin, treated Brenau dance department chair Vincas Greene’s jazz dance class to an introduction and demonstration of Tai-Chi.

“Mrs. Jin’s Tai-Chi demonstration was beautiful and flowing with exciting and powerful bursts of energy,” said Greene. “The students were intrigued by the introspective nature of the Chinese martial art.”

Included among the Huanghe College of Science & Technology delegation were Senior Associate Dean of the School of International Studies Jingtao Liu, Senior Associate Director of the Center for International Communications Jianwei Guo and Associate Director of the Center for International Communications Wen Chen.
