Atlanta’s most acclaimed emerging public art organizations, Living Walls and gloATL, are in town for a residency through Saturday, Oct. 26. Living Walls and gloATL are on a six city tour throughout the state of Georgia. Thanks to a partnership between Brenau University and The Arts Council, week-long events in the Gainesville/Hall area will focus on the production of dance and mural art in public spaces, and will include a permanent public mural, contemporary performances, lectures/workshops and a master class with the Gainesville School of Ballet.
Thanks to The Arts Council, Quinlan Visual Arts Center, North Georgia Community Foundation and Georgia Council for the Arts for joining forces to bring these events to the Gainesville/Hall communities.
