The photos are in and the the website is up! Over 120 people attended the Master of Fine
Art in Interior Design/Master of Interior Design Portfolio Exhibition at the
High Museum of Art in Atlanta
this past month. Alumni, internship employers, future employers, professors, administrators, friends and family members joined the celebration in honor of the graduates.

The Brenau University Interior Design Department graduated its first MFA
students, Cynthia Bertoia and Lauren Holland; this also marked the first
terminally degreed graduates from Brenau.

In her MID presentation, Lynn M. Jones, chair of interior design
and associate dean, commented, “For her dedication and passion, and her
guidance to other classmates, the interior design faculty recognize Loren
Armour with the Overall Student Award.”  The Outstanding Graduate Studio Project Award
was presented to Austin Smith.  The
Faculty and ID Advisory Council were particularly impressed with Austin’s final
project, “Austin exhibited depth of discovery, attention to detail, and love of
design in its solutions.”
