Urgent Help Needed to Save TEG

It’s a critical time for the future of Tuition Equalization Grants from taxpaying families of Georgia students at Brenau and other private higher education institutions. In the next 18 hours the House and Senate budget conferees will negotiate the fate of $6 million in Tuition Equalization Grant funding that could be lost to your students in state FY 2014. That’s next fall and spring semesters.
